Hidden Forest – Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a ticket and/or entering the Hidden Forest event, each visitor agrees to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Admission

  • Admission is only permitted with a valid ticket.

  • Hidden Forest reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person whose behaviour may endanger the safety, security or enjoyment of the event, without refund.

  • This event is strictly 18+. Visitors may be asked to present a valid government-issued ID upon entry.

2. Entry at your own fisk

  • Attendance at Hidden Forest is entirely at the visitor's own risk.

  • Hidden Forest, its organisers, employees, volunteers, partners and suppliers shall not be liable for any personal injury, illness, death, loss, theft or damage to personal property, except where liability cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

3. Alcohol & Illegal Substances

  • Alcohol will only be served in accordance with applicable Belgian law.

  • Bringing your own alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs or prohibited substances onto the event site is strictly prohibited.

  • Visitors who are intoxicated or under the influence of illegal substances may be denied entry or removed from the event without refund.

4. Visitor conduct

Visitors agree to:

  • behave respectfully towards other visitors, staff and security personnel;

  • comply with all instructions given by event staff and security;

  • refrain from violent, threatening, discriminatory or disruptive behaviour.

Failure to comply may result in immediate removal from the event without refund.

5. Personal Belongings

Visitors are solely responsible for their personal belongings.

Hidden Forest accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged personal property.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Hidden Forest shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.

  • Hidden Forest shall not be liable for damages caused by third parties.

  • Any liability of Hidden Forest shall be limited to cases where such liability cannot legally be excluded.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot legally be waived under Belgian law.

7. Weather Conditions

The event will proceed in normal weather conditions.

Adverse weather does not automatically entitle ticket holders to a refund.

Hidden Forest reserves the right to suspend, postpone, modify or cancel the event where necessary for safety reasons.

8. Force Majeure

Hidden Forest shall not be liable for cancellation, interruption or modification of the event due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • severe weather;

  • fire;

  • natural disasters;

  • pandemics;

  • government restrictions;

  • strikes;

  • terrorism;

  • technical failures;

  • utility outages;

  • any other force majeure event.

9. Tickets

  • Tickets may not be duplicated, forged or altered.

  • Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced.

  • Tickets are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

  • Hidden Forest reserves the right to invalidate tickets obtained through unauthorised resale.

10. Security

Visitors may be subject to security checks, including bag inspections.

The following items are prohibited:

  • weapons;

  • fireworks;

  • glass containers;

  • illegal substances;

  • dangerous objects;

  • drones;

  • laser pointers;

  • any item considered hazardous by the organiser.

Confiscated items will not be returned.

11. Photography & Filming

Photographs & video recordings may be made during the event.

By entering Hidden Forest, visitors grant Hidden Forest the irrevocable right to use their image, likeness and voice in photographs, videos and promotional materials, worldwide and without compensation.

12. Privacy

Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable privacy legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and only for purposes related to the organisation of the event.

13. Damage Caused by Visitors

Visitors are fully responsible for any damage they cause to:

  • event infrastructure;

  • equipment;

  • decorations;

  • property of the organiser;

  • other visitors;

  • staff;

  • suppliers.

Hidden Forest reserves the right to recover all resulting costs and damages from the responsible individual.

14. Programme Changes

Hidden Forest reserves the right to change:

  • the event schedule;

  • artists or DJs;

  • opening hours;

  • event layout;

  • facilities;

  • any aspect of the event where reasonably necessary.

Such changes do not entitle visitors to a refund.

15. Commercial Activities

Commercial activities, promotional campaigns, unauthorised sales, professional photography, filming or drone operations are prohibited unless prior written permission has been obtained from Hidden Forest.

16. Cup Deposit & Cashless System

Where applicable, reusable cups, deposit systems or cashless payment systems operate according to the rules communicated during the event.

Lost cups, tokens or credits will not be refunded unless required by law.

17. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed exclusively by the laws of Belgium.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Belgium.

18. Acceptance of These Terms

By purchasing a ticket and/or entering the event site, visitors confirm that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions in full.
